At 72, Tom Simek is living proof that it’s never too late to take control of your health and enhance your quality of life. Having started his fitness journey at 59 after facing health challenges like high cholesterol, osteoporosis, and sleep apnea, Tom transformed his life through daily exercise, proper nutrition, rest, and a stress-free approach to living.

Now, as a sponsored athlete and regular competitor in the Senior Olympics and American Ninja Warrior, Tom is on a mission to motivate and inspire others to make positive changes in their lives, no matter their age.

Exciting New Project: Outdoor Fitness Adventure Course

Tom is partnering with The Wilderness Institute to design and create a unique outdoor fitness adventure course as part of their “Wilderness Wellness Center and Forest Gym”. Inspired by American Ninja Warrior-style obstacle challenges, this course will be built at the breathtaking Santa Fe Treehouse Camp and Wilderness Preserve in New Mexico and will provide an incredible opportunity for fitness enthusiasts of all ages to push their limits in the great outdoors.
